for a custom house you can describe to me the type and
size of your design and I will quote you a price, I recieve half
of fee at beginning then we go back and forth with drawing by
e-mail or I create a design page on my site, after we arrive at an
agreed on plan I finish working drawings and send you snapshots
of finished drawings upon which I recieve balance of fee.
